You wouldn't exactly describe the Iudex of Fontaine as "approachable." It's hard to say whether it's just in his nature, or because he has secrets to hide.

Abilities
- 2000+ y/o immortal guy who loves law and otters. Currently he will ping divine as he has reacquired his Hydro Dragon Sovereign-ness
- contracted to a water spirit who eats memories
- can control water but nowhere close to canon levels
- canonly is the reincarnation of a fuckoff water elemental dragon who is stronger than god. in fact, god's powers were taken from his family's. he does not like gods from his world
- + just, kind, earnest, dependable. if he likes you he will take care of you
- = blunt, bad at social navigation, confident to the point of arrogance (he can back it up)
- - holds himself at arm's length all the time. resentful and can hold grudges. can be extremely petty
- he's old-fashioned about most stuff, including clothing. he's almost always covered from neck to toe
- pretty loaded considering he's been alive for so long. at this point money is more of a concept he doesn't really consider
- can't really social media. a boomer. his boss (Furina) literally made him a Tinder account
- carries a cane around
- likes trinkets and shiny things

- Living Battery - Can charge stuff by holding it
- Underwater Breathing - Can breathe underwater
- Water Manipulation (high) - has master-level control over water/bodies of water (nowhere close to his canon abilities though.)
- Regeneration (low) - Cuts and bruises heal within a day, more severe injuries heal within a week.
