Abilities

Living Battery - Can charge stuff by holding it
Underwater Breathing - Can breathe underwater
Water Manipulation (high) - has master-level control over water/bodies of water (nowhere close to his canon abilities though.)
Regeneration (low) - Cuts and bruises heal within a day, more severe injuries heal within a week. ~~can still die from fatal injuries~~ and cannot regrow limbs.
Dragon's Breath - he can breathe out water
Hover - he can hover indefinitely
Full Immortality - short of a omniscient/omnipotent power (Heavenly Principles) he cannot die
Hydro Sovereign - he will ping as divinity
